Fact-Checking Policy

Article News24 is committed to publishing accurate and reliable information across all our content. Our commitment to accuracy, transparency, and accountability is essential for maintaining our readers’ trust.

Key Principles

  1. Accuracy and Skepticism: We take steps to verify the accuracy of every story by investigating claims critically, questioning assumptions, and challenging widely accepted viewpoints when necessary.
  2. Due Accuracy: We aim for accuracy appropriate to the nature of our content, clearly stating any constraints affecting our reporting. We strive to base our work on well-sourced, corroborated evidence and avoid unfounded speculation.
  3. No Plagiarism or Distortion: Our team upholds a strict anti-plagiarism policy and avoids intentionally distorting facts or context, including in visual content.
  4. Independent Verification: We seek independent sources to confirm significant claims, allegations, or facts, particularly those made by public figures or those with vested interests.
  5. Accountability: When factual errors are identified, we update content promptly to reflect accurate information and publish corrections transparently.

Reporting Inaccuracies

Readers who identify potential inaccuracies can report them using the “Suggest a Correction” feature at the end of every article or by emailing info@articlenews24.com.

Correction Process

Our process for handling and correcting inaccuracies is outlined below to ensure a transparent and systematic approach:

  1. Reader Responsibility:
Readers can report any factual errors they find by contacting Article News24‘s editorial team directly. For a prompt response, corrections should be submitted via email to info@articlenews24.com, including the date of the issue, a description of the error, the correct information, and relevant sources, if available.
  2. Editorial Action: Upon receiving a correction request, the editor-in-chief will conduct a thorough review, consulting meeting notes, reporter records, and other credible sources to determine if an error has occurred.
  3. Correction Publication: If an error is confirmed, we take the following corrective actions across all platforms:
    • Online Article:
The article will be corrected immediately. An editor’s note at the end of the article will explain the error and when it was corrected.
    • Social Media:
If the erroneous article was shared on social media, a new post will be made linking to the corrected article with a note about the correction.
  4. Reader Notification: The editor-in-chief will follow up with the reader who reported the error to outline the corrective steps taken.
